Shipping policy

Shipping within Germany costs €6,90.

Within Germany, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 working days. We ship CO₂-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

The respective shipping costs are calculated directly in the checkout - our carrier here is Fedex.

our best shipping option is Connect Plus.

For deliveries to Switzerland and all other 3 countries shipping costs will be charged.

These are calculated in the checkout process by our carrier Fedex.

*For deliveries to non-European countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees are incurred, these are shown separately and deducted in the checkout process, for the "Connect Plus" shipping method.

The delivery time after receipt of payment within Germany is 1-3 working days, to other countries the delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.

As soon as your goods have been handed over to our service provider, you will receive an e-mail with your parcel number. You can then track your shipment using the link contained in the email.

For technical reasons, it is not always possible to check the status immediately after the parcel has been handed over. Just be patient ;-)
